We started with an idea and learning since 2000. In the beginning, it was business intermediation and supplier search, but over the years we realized we are more than that. We excel in providing services to the business needs of several companies in various countries. That's when the idea of creating World Prime Services emerged in 2004. We operate in various business sectors, but we emphasize factories that can sell to companies supporting general industries and the mining industry.
In 2008, we opened WPS Limited, where we operate as a consultant in the industrial and engineering area. Most of the business to date is in the rubber and rubber conveyor belt area for all types of industries and mining in Brazil and Latin America.
In 2017, we invested in new businesses in several Latin American countries. Due to the various business consultancies carried out, we opened, with a local partner, an office in Chile, where we are one of the suppliers of AMSA (the second largest copper mining company in Chile). In the same year, we opened a company of our group in Hong Kong, World Prime Services Limited, which acts as a trading and consulting company for various products from Asia to the world.
In 2018, we became suppliers to some multinational industries.
In 2019, we opened an office in São Paulo, Brazil.
In 2020, we entered the personal protective equipment business, including a part of medical products, and personal safety, among others.
In 2022, we opened the partnership to more partners and are transforming WPS Limited into a participation of World Prime Services Holding S.A.
We will act in green sector companies (Hydrogen), already majority in the shares of some companies.
We are agents and exclusive worldwide representatives of some unique patents in the world.
